I love shopping. It is hands down one of my favourite things to do. I love seeing and feeling the different fabrics and learning about all of the new trends. Being in California, I couldn’t not go shopping where there is a big European fashion influence coming in.
Fashion Valley is located in San Diego, California. It is a huge outdoor shopping more housing more than 150 shops and restaurants. These all range from high end shops to high street shops. I even came across Vancouver’s own Lululemon in the mall.
Shelby and I first got coffee and then hit Forever21. I did some damage there leaving with a huge bag of clothes and accessories. Since we had a light breakfast we decided to get lunch at Stone Oven. I had a warm ham sandwich and a caesar salad. After lunch we hit shops such as Anthropologie, H&M, Zara, Nordstrom and Charlotte Russe.
After a few hours of shopping, and our hands full of bags, we decided to call it a day and head back. Shelby had class to attend, so I stayed at her apartment. I was able to catch up with my boyfriend and catch up on the work I’m missing from home.
When Shelby was home from class we made tacos and had a relaxing night watching television, mentally preparing ourselves for the rest of our week.
